We vaccinate and test against Corona
We want to support the vaccination campaign and offer vaccinations in our practice for you.
There is a free choice of vaccine between BioNTech, Moderna and Novavax. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will inform you regularly about further vaccination dates on our homepage and in our practice.
Important: We ask you to download all the necessary documents in advance, such as the medical history form (here to the medical history form for Novavax) and the information sheet (here to the information sheet for Novavax) on our homepage, print them out, fill them out and sign them, and bring them to the vaccination appointment. This will make the process easier for us.
Likewise, please bring your vaccination card, ID card and insurance card (if available).
